If you've visited the shop recently, you'll know how much we've been loving our Bulgarian wines. From lesser-known appellations, indigenous grape varieties and some very cool styles, Bulgaria is quickly becoming one of our favourite wine regions. But Bulgaria is just scratching the surface of what Central & Eastern Europe has to offer. From Hungary to Romania and many countries in-between, we want to shine a light on these incredible regions and the phenomenal wines they produce. We're lucky enough to be joined for this tasting by our good friends and Central & Eastern European wine importer specialists, Ferenc Zelenak and Georgi Panayotov, who will guide us through 8 wines from Bulgaria & Beyond, paired with a board of nibbles, charcuterie and cheeses, as well as a glass of sparkling on arrival.
